Our Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to make sure we get all the details we need:
Step 2: Wait for Our Response
Our team will email you within 24-48 hours with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping address
- Exchange instructions (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all included accessories. Include your order number on a note inside the package. Ship to the address we provide via trackable mail (we recommend keeping your shipping receipt).
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
For returns: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
For exchanges: We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return, using the same shipping method as your original order (unless you request otherwise).
Refund Details
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). While we process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving your return, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the credit to your account.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used skate gear (helmets, pads, gloves)
- Customized boards (special graphics or modifications)
- Opened grip tape or other consumable products
International Returns
Since we ship globally (with some regional exceptions), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and declaring the package as a “return” to potentially reduce customs charges.
