Order Processing
We get your order ready to ride in 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and holidays may add a little extra time to our processing.
Shipping Options
Choose the shipping method that works best for your shred schedule:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
– Carriers: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping - Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with some exceptions in Asia and remote regions.

Not completely stoked with your gear? No problem! We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
– Your order number
– Item(s) you’re returning
– Reason for return/exchange
– For exchanges: your preferred replacement item - Wait for Instructions
Our crew will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping address. - Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging with all accessories. Include your order number inside the package and ship to our provided address via trackable mail. - Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing may take additional time (typically 3-10 business days)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Used skate gear (helmets, pads, gloves)
- Customized boards (special graphics or modifications)
- Opened grip tape or other consumable products
International Returns
Global riders: You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Declaring the package as a “return” to potentially reduce customs charges
